FAQ and guidelines
Key rules for product eligibility, stall setup, sampling, and workshop-day participation.
Product eligibility rule
Only fully vegan products may be displayed, sampled, sold, or promoted at the workshop. Mixed brands may participate only with their verified plant-based / vegan SKUs.
No whey, dairy, eggs, honey, collagen, gelatin, animal-derived ingredients, or animal-tested positioning should be featured in the workshop space.
Stall guidelines for brands
- Brands with stall access may offer product tasting, live sampling, and sales during the workshop.
- Brands should inform the organising team in advance if they require electricity for low-load equipment such as blenders, laptops, tablets, small mixers, or charging points.
- Brands should bring their own stall branding material such as banners, standees, table cloths, product displays, price cards, QR codes, and payment details.
- Brands must arrange their own RO water / packaged drinking water for product mixing, if required.
- Brands are responsible for their own product storage, hygiene, sales handling, UPI/payment collection, and leftover inventory.
- Unused goody bag samples may be returned only if the brand arranges pickup after the workshop. This can be decided after the workshop.
Can mixed brands participate?
Yes, but only with verified plant-based / vegan SKUs. No non-vegan product, non-vegan catalogue page, animal-based product line, or animal-derived formulation should be displayed, sampled, sold, or promoted.
What can Display Only brands place on workshop day?
Display Only brands do not receive a stall, sampling access, sales access, or direct participant interaction. However, they may receive optional standee / flyer placement in the brand area on workshop day, subject to approval and space availability.
What is allowed in goody bag flyers or catalogues?
Flyers, mini catalogues, discount cards, QR codes, or offer cards must promote only fully vegan products. Mixed brands must restrict all kit material to verified vegan SKUs only.
